We are running a self help group every Friday from 11.30am - 1pm. This group is run by a qualified professional counsellor with experience of working with people affected by mental health problems.
The group is run as a drop-in and is free to join.
When funding is available we will be running more self-help groups. Groups will run over a 6 week cycle, starting with Stress & Anxiety, with the focus on you managing the symptoms, not the stress controling you.
